Qwest.com. As a lead editor for a team of 11 writers, I managed the first stage of copy renovation
for Qwest.com. (Roughly 3000 pages). From "Ride the Light" to "Spirit of Service," Qwest sought to exemplify
their new image through the websites of their various business groups: Wireless, DSL, Residential, Large
Business, Small Business, Corporate and Partners. My job was to create an approval process, ensure consistency
for HTML conversion, implement brand voice, monitor page flow within sites, manage writers and their respective
stakeholder relationship and accommodate the requests of numerous teams in this evolving project.

Dex Media. At the helm of a new digital strategy, a landmark re-branding and new-found independence,
Dex Media's primary ad-selling Web site needed a complete overhaul-new content, updated branding, innovative design,
increased usability, sales force integration and a more consultative approach. Working with various product managers,
ad agency Foote Cone & Belding, internal development teams and several outside vendors I helped produce the
AdvertiseWithDex.com messaging strategy, user experience, content management and brand voice. This job is currently
in progress.

Colorado Production Group. CPG was pioneering a new zone of production. Wanted: a lot more than spin to express
a subtle, yet multi-dimensional and creative professionalism through their online presence. Challenge: they knew that a truly
compelling site exudes a lot by saying just a little. And after a few portfolio-viewings, I nailed their broadcast, programming,
personnel and client descriptions with a powerful and record-breaking word-count.

Joe Gibbs Performance. When legendary Washington Redskins coach and race car owner Joe Gibbs
took yet another new path in life, (behind the wheel of a high performance Chevy Truck to be more specific)
he needed a personal profile and transitional statement to announce his new venture. I wrote it. Kinda cool,
huh? www.joegibbsperformance.com

Petro Data Source. This Denver-based oil and gas data service filled their industry niche for
accuracy, affordability and accessibility, but higher-profile competitors were preventing maximum market
leverage. With branding professional Jenni Cooper
and web design company ZenMan Productions,
I created clear and consistent Web site messaging, a new online presence, an email marketing campaign and a new
branding strategy. The result? A stronger customer base and a clearer identity.

Cyber Element. The creative design, down-to-earth style and knowledge-rich reputation
of this web development company needed copy to match. Cyber Element was eager to eliminate the technical
barrier between companies and their dotcoms—to portray websites as a modern, interactive business-builder
rather than a necessary evil. www.cyberelement.com

Sacks Productions. Renowned Los Angeles Wedding Planner Sharon Sacks, famous for the nuptial celebrations of
matchbox twenty lead singer Rob Thomas, diva Jennifer Lopez, actor John Stamos, and several others, needed a
star-studded but accessible online presence. The head shots and simple design reflect Sharon's classy, Hollywood
style while the conversational tones and easy-on-the-eyes content promote a soft professionalism.

Gecko Services & Solutions. This IT company hoped to convey technical expertise with a personal
touch. To achieve this goal, I converted technical terms into user-friendly copy and employed chunk tactics
(i.e. bullets and tables). Gecko’s tagline not only explains their service, but it also offers potential
customers two benefits: 1) quality information technology and 2) an IT firm who understands business.

Miller & Steiert. By creating personal biographies for each attorney and translating the firm's
practice areas into a comprehensive, user-friendly format, this website content projects a firm-with-a-face
approach, and does not confuse potential clients with unfamiliar law jargon.

Exempla Health Care. Exempla was looking to rejuvenate their mission, vision and service statements
to better reflect community commitment, patient care and employee satisfaction. They also sought to create better
distinction from local competitors and induce a more emotive response from potential patients and caregivers.
